*Our Bark Room is always hygienically managed with special deep cleaning.

*Only dogs under 15kg and 40cm in height are allowed to stay.

1. Participate in Hotel Cappuccino’s exclusive E&G (Earn&Giveaway) program. We provide an Earn&Giveaway checklist at check-in. After completing missions for the Earth that you can do at Hotel Cappuccino, submit the checklist to the front desk to earn Angel Coins, the exclusive currency of Hotel Cappuccino. You can use Angel Coins to purchase various services and products within the hotel and donate to the Earth using the donation gaming machine in the lobby.
2. All of our room’s bath amenities are in large dispensers, not disposable containers. They are eco-friendly, vegan products with ingredients safe for both the human body and nature. The containers are made from 100% recycled plastic to minimize environmental impact. To reduce water usage, shampoo with conditioner is provided. Enjoy a pleasant shower time with Geneva Green, a Swiss brand that cares for people and nature.
3. Planning to stay for more than 2 nights? For environmental reasons, we don’t replace linens for stays up to 2 nights. However, if you prefer replacement, please leave the LINEN PLEASE card provided in your room’s pocket on the bed.
